Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

UK Shipping

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): £4 — arrives in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Free Delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to check your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Delays & Missing Parcels

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally postal delays may occur that are beyond our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@alvawellness.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
