Which box should I start with?

It depends on what you'd like to focus on. For facial massage, start with the Face Sculpting Set. For yoga or pilates, try the Yoga & Pilates Box. For a full face and body routine, the Lymphatic Drainage Set includes everything you need.

I've never used a gua sha or roller before. Will I know what to do?

Yes. Every box comes with a Start Here card. Scan the QR code for a simple step-by-step routine you can follow at home.

How long does a routine take?

Most routines take 5–15 minutes. You can do them in the morning, in the evening, or whenever suits you.

Can I buy a single item?

To make sure everything arrives properly packaged, our Build Your Own Box has a minimum of 2 items. Our Jojoba Oil Refill is the only product available on its own.

What can I choose from in a Build a box?

Gua sha, face roller, face brush, ice roller, body brush, grip socks, training socks, massage ball and jojoba oil. Pick any 2 or more.

Do your boxes make good gifts?

Yes. Every box is packaged and ready to give. You can add a gift message at checkout / We can send it directly to the recipient.

What are your gua sha and roller made from?

Our gua sha and face roller are made from jade. 

How do I clean my tools?

Wipe with warm water and a mild soap after each use, then dry thoroughly. Store them somewhere dry and avoid dropping them, as stone tools can chip.

Is jojoba oil suitable for sensitive skin?

Jojoba oil is gentle and suits most skin types, but we always recommend a patch test before first use.

Can I use the tools if I have a skin or medical condition?

If you have a skin condition, broken skin, or a medical condition, or you're pregnant, check with your GP before starting a new routine.

Delivery & returns

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. UK orders over £50 get free delivery and a free gift.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We currently only ship within the UK.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on face and body tools once they've been used.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number.
