HOW TO USE AN ICE ROLLER IN YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

  • Freshly Cleansed Face - always start clean for best results

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Freeze your roller - fill your ice roller with water, then leave overnight in the freezer.
  2. Begin at the neck - glide upward toward your jawline to stimulate circulation and reduce puffiness.
  3. Sculpt the jawline - roll from the centre of your chin toward your ears in stead, upward motions.
  4. Refresh the cheeks & eyes - Gently roll from the sides of  your nose up toward the temples, then lightly under the eyes to calm puffiness.
  5. Finish at the foreheadroll upward from brows to hairline, then out toward the temples to complete your routine.

HOW OFTEN TO USE

Daily or as needed - it’s especially great in the morning to wake up tired skin or after a long day to soothe and refresh.
