Dry brushing is a simple, energising technique that helps exfoliate the skin, boost circulation, and support lymphatic flow. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, refreshed, and glowing from head to toe.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Body Brush – choose a natural-bristle brush
- Dry Skin – always brush before showering or bathing
- Optional: Body Oil or Moisturiser -apply after showering for hydration (jojoba oil works perfectly!).

STEP-BY-STEP
- Start at the feet - Begin brushing from your feet upward toward your heart using long sweeping motions.
- Move up the legs - Continue brushing the calves and thighs in upward strokes, always toward the heart.
- Brush the stomach and back - Use circular, clockwise motions on your abdomen and long strokes up the back.
- Arms and hands - Start at the hands and work upward toward the shoulders.
- Chest and neck - Use light, gentle strokes - this area is more sensitive.
- Shower and moisturise - Rinse away any exfoliated skin, then apply body oil or lotion to lock in moisture.
HOW OFTEN TO USE
3–4 times per week is ideal. Avoid over-brushing or using too much pressure.

- Use gentle, consistent pressure - your skin should never feel sore or irritated.
